On New Years Day Rich was contacted by the Federal Government contracting officer to report that the FEMA office in Maynard Mass that we clean daily had a reported positive COVID case and they were requesting an emergency response for an Electrostatic disinfection. Rich contacted me and I looked who we had who could do this job. Angel, the assigned manager, was quarantining Jose who had been filling in for our vacationing cleaner and had been there and could have been exposed so he could not respond as well. The only other people cleaner were myself and Rich. So I picked up our electrostatic spray gun early the next morning and drove the 90 minutes to meet our contact and perform the service.
