As an operations manager for Horizon since 2018, Paul Nixon specializes in managing Horizon's post-construction and union sites. The experience that Paul has with both managing and supervising commercial cleaning work in heavy-duty construction and post construction has helped tremendously when it comes to managing accounts in a sales capacity.
