Cleaning Project Manager-Operations

The Cleaning Project Manager (CPM) position is a vital position to the growth toward our goal of being a national leader in facilities services.  This position is full-time, salary and bonus.  The Cleaning Projects Manager is responsible for all accounts year round and short term contracts (under 3 months) within his or her assigned region.  The responsibility is to manage customer relationship, recruit, train and discipline field personnel directly employed by company at such locations.  In addition, ensuring locations being performed by vendors of company and complying with contractual obligations, by monitoring performance and inspecting  on a routine basis. The CPM will also help in bringing on board new vendors, and starting new accounts.  The CPM should have a close relationship with company clients in their area.  Success in this position is defined by maintaining the budgets for all locations in order to meet monthly profit goals.
