Horizon Services is seeking a Operations Manager. This position will manage people in multiple off-site work locations. It requires experience in the Janitorial industry in a supervisory role and experience in recruiting and motivating hourly service personnel. This position will also perform new account start-ups and transitions in service. This position reports to the Vice President of Operations.
MUST speak and write fluently in both English and Spanish.
Must have Janitorial or similar industry experience in a supervisory role.
Must be willing to work when our employees work, including nights and weekends as needed.
Must be focused on finding solutions to problems, preferably as preventative measures rather than as reactionary measures.
Quality Control experience.
Recruiting experience in the Janitorial industry.
Multi-site project manager experience.
Other Human Resources experience.
Scheduling and Logistics experience.
