Horizon Services is expanding it’s snow and ice removal services after years of research and development. We are confident that the level of quality provided lives up to the same high standards as our many other services. We specialize in treating each property on an individual basis, as each property has individual needs and considerations.

When we are fortunate enough to have advance warning before a significant snow event our management team is prepared with a standard operating procedure and timeline  timeline for storm preparedness. While advanced notice makes our job easier we've developed a reputation for quick mobilization and can, with the shortest notice, call upon our 200+ member special services staff to tackle the most difficult weather Mother Nature sends our way.

Sample snow event preparedness timeline;
48 HOURS – Check sand/salt and ice melt inventories and move small equipment to the job site. Begin storm specific plan and share updated forecast with the customer.

24 HOURS – Notification is sent to Horizon's Facility Services leadership to prepare the snow removal team.

8 – 12 HOURS – Finalize storm specific plan, share updated forecast with client representative, final notice to Special Services Division leadership and snow removal team.
