Janitorial Supervisor

This is a growth position for the purpose of grooming for the Operations Manager position within 2 years.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead project work crews at single site locations
• Correct and improve staff performance on single site janitorial locations
• Support grass roots recruiting efforts
• Primary trainer for employees via OJT and DVD materials
• Communicate with hourly employees as primary supervisor
• Develop and mentor new supervisors
• Interact with customer as necessary

• Willingness to learn new business skills to advance to management.
• Three years of experience in customer service or trade
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Willingness to travel as necessary
• First year shift is (2pm-10pm) with some weekend commitments
• The ideal must be organized, self directed, goal oriented person and demonstrated both hands-on physical work and willingness to learn to manage others.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
